Crete’s Porto Elounda and Elounda Peninsula Hotels Announce New General Managers

The Elounda Collection Hotels & Resorts group recently announced its collaboration with brothers Vassilis and Michalis Minadakis, who are taking over as general managers at the Porto Elounda and Elounda Peninsula hotels.

Owned by the Kokotos family, Elounda Collection Hotels & Resorts owns and manages three luxury properties in the area of Elounda on the island of Crete, the Elounda Mare, the Porto Elounda and the Elounda Peninsula.

According to a company announcement, the group’s collaboration with the Minadakis brothers – executives with many years of experience in the hotel sector – aims to upgrade the guest experience and strengthen operational efficiency at the Porto Elounda and Elounda Peninsula hotels.

Vassilis and Michalis Minadakis for many years were top executives of Grecotel Hotels and Resorts. Vassilis was the group’s general manager and Michalis was the general manager in a number of the group’s hotels.
