Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups, recently announced the appointment of Julie White as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for the Europe & North Africa region within its Premium, Economy, and Midscale division. In her new capacity, White will assume a pivotal role in spearheading Accor’s regional commercial endeavors. Her responsibilities encompass formulating and executing the company’s revenue strategy across the expansive Europe and North Africa markets. This strategic domain encompasses sales & distribution, marketing, loyalty and customer experience, and revenue management. Julie White brings to this role an impressive two-decade-long career in the global travel industry. Her professional journey encompasses diverse leadership positions, covering areas such as distribution, CRM, revenue management, digital, sales, and marketing. She has previously served in reputable organizations, including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as Vice President Commercial for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Eurasia. Her prior experience also includes consultancy roles with PwC Consulting and tenures at leading airlines such as Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, and American Airlines. White’s appointment aligns with Accor’s commitment to fostering the growth of its fast-expanding portfolio in the Europe and North Africa region and it follows Karelle Lamouche’s announcement as the Global Chief Commercial Officer for the Premium, Midscale & Economy division.
