The ranking – along with being recognised as the #1 resort in Greece – has been obtained just over a year after the first W Escape in Greece opened its doors in Costa Navarino, the sustainably driven destination located in Messinia in the Peloponnese. The annual Condé Nast Readers’ Choice Awards are a prestigious celebration of the leading brands and businesses within the travel industry. W Costa Navarino Beach. The recognition from readers of Condé Nast Traveler follows the resort’s first full season, which featured a diverse range of experiences, ranging from Easter festivities with a twist, to summer seaside activities and a brand-new watersports center. The month of August was filled with music, celebrating the resort’s first anniversary, while last weekend it played host to the spiritual guru Dr. Deepak Chopra’s first visit to Greece, for “The Future of Wellbeing” retreat. This year, W Costa Navarino introduced spacious two and three-bedroom EWOW Villas providing an inviting retreat for friends traveling together or groups celebrating special occasions.
