Photo source: Amalia Hotels The Amalia Hotels Group was recently applauded for its digital upgrade at the PPC BITE Awards 2023 (ΔΕΗ Bite Awards), which showcased the best IT projects and digital transformation efforts across public and private sectors in Greece. Organized by Boussias Events and in its 12th year, the PPC BITE Awards event was held under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Digital Governance and SEPE (Federation of Hellenic ICT Enterprises) and saw the attendance of 650 business executives. Amalia Hotels, in collaboration with Epsilon Hospitality, received the Bronze award in the tourism category for upgrading all its services with the PYLON Hospitality Suite solution, an app platform that integrates all the systems of a hotel and monitors them through a single and innovative management system. “The goal of Amalia Hotels is to follow modern trends to provide high quality, dynamic and easy-to-use services,” said Ilias Christou, the Director of Information Technology of Amalia Hotels. The PYLON Hospitality Suite solution, which includes hotel software applications and a multifunctional PMS, integrated the functions of the group’s hotel departments, while ensuring the automatic exchange of information between them. “Epsilon Net has been a point of reference in the creation of information systems for more than 20 years and we sincerely thank them for our many years of cooperation,” Christou added.
