The NEW Hotel in Athens this month debuted its new weekend brunch menu to be served Saturday-Sunday from 12pm to 5pm. Guests will be in for a real treat as the updated menu features a variety of Greek-inspired dishes, as well as popular brunch items such as pancakes, freshly baked pastries, and the popular “smashed beef burger” made with American Angus. The hotel’s spaces were created by Brazil’s top design duo, the Campana brothers, who are known for their novel technique in contemporary design. At the NEW Hotel, they prioritized the use of recyclable materials, which they called upcycling. The NEW Hotel is located in a privileged spot between Athens’ traditional Plaka district and its modern commercial center, serving as a bridge between the city’s historical and modern sides. This makes it the ideal place to enjoy a quick city center escape and indulge in a delicious brunch. It is recommended to make reservations for brunch (Saturday-Sunday, 12:00-17:00) at the NEW Hotel.
