GuestX: SuitePad to Hold First Digital Guest Experience Webinar on November 29

Scheduled for Wednesday, November 29, at 13:30 CET (12:30 GMT), the GuestX event is directed to hoteliers and hospitality enthusiasts.

From Les Roches Marbella University, a pioneer in hotel management education, Julia Krebs and Antonio Gomez explore industry trends, from sustainability to technology, while addressing the critical balance between tech-driven experiences and the human touch in hospitality.

A trailblazer in hotel marketing, distribution, and consulting, Destsetters’ founder Zenios Zeniou explores the transformative power of room autonomy and its profound impact on guest satisfaction and overall hotel experience.

Joined by SuitePad’s co-founder Tilmann Volk, the owner of the Cedar Manor, Jonathan Kaye, talks about the transformative impact of technology in their charming, family-owned hotel and how even smaller hotels can leverage technology to achieve unprecedented success in the digital age.

The GuestX webinar jamboree will last for about 4 hours and 30 minutes in total, counting all five webinars. The event will have a 15-minute break between each session, and each webinar will last about 35 to 45 minutes and the participants will have the opportunity to ask their questions during the Q&A session at the end of each one. Plus, the ones who cannot join online can have the recording of the event afterwards.
