Nelios Wins Bronze in International Customer Experience Awards 2023

Greek digital marketing company Nelios recently won its first International Customer Experience Award.

Organized by Awards International, the International Customer Experience Awards (iCXA) is a distinguished awards program that acknowledges exceptional accomplishments and triumphs in innovation, dedication, and unparalleled customer satisfaction on a global scale. iCXA is the most trusted and distinguished institution in recognizing the Best Customer Experience practices out of world-renowned brands such as Samsung, Shell and Revolut.

Nelios won the Bronze Award in the “Best Customer Experience Strategy” category.

“We are thrilled to be able to be recognized amongst companies of such great caliber,” Nelios said in an announcement.

“Creating a functional strategy to better take care of our clients through all the steps of our collaboration, has always been very crucial to us – and being recognized for all the hard work our team put in to bring this process to fruition, makes us feel elated.”

The International Customer Experience Awards 2023 took place on November 16 through a virtual ceremony that brought together industry leaders from across the globe. The competition was fierce, with over 240 extraordinary initiatives submitted by 86 businesses hailing from 45 countries.

The ceremony, held online to accommodate the diverse global participants and hosted from a studio in London, witnessed a record-breaking turnout of approximately 2,000 individuals tuning in live from the comfort of their homes and offices.
