On Friday, December 15, at the Departures Level, Athens Airport “travels” to Ethiopia, the oldest independent country in Africa, with one of the longest histories as an independent state. Country of origin of coffee, known for important monuments, Ethiopia is a country of unchanged natural beauties and traditions. With Ethiopia as its second destination, following India in the beginning of December, the Cultural DestiNAtions program -a cultural project of the Athens International Airport under the artistic direction of the modern culture platform ελculture- will go on in 2024 with experiences from unique countries around the world, in an open dialogue with the customs and characteristics of each culture, full of music, culinary delights and many surprises!
