The findings, based on a survey of over 25,000 respondents worldwide, revealed the favorite destinations, the origin of migrants, and where the rich migrate. The leading choice for prospective immigrants seeking a new passport due to economic, education, business, and travel reasons is the United States (US), followed by Canada in second place, and the United Kingdom (UK) in third. Other sought-after destinations include the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Denmark, France, Russia, and South Africa. For the world’s wealthiest wishing to change country or invest, Greece was a top choice as was the US, Canada, Switzerland, Portugal, the UAE, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. According to the report, the majority of individuals choosing to migrate come from India, Mexico, Russia, China, Syria, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Ukraine. Additionally, the report found that all the more startups are seeking to establish a presence in the world’s strongest economies, including in the UAE, US, UK, and Canada. These regions, while geographically distant, have become magnets for entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals seeking new opportunities, stability, and growth,” said Shahrukh Zohaib, CEO and founding partner Ace Luxury Immigration Solutions. “The massive potential of business migration between the UAE, UK, and Canada is a reflection of the globalized nature of today’s economy. The mammoth opportunity opens unique advantages for entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals seeking migration in North America, Europe, and the Middle East regions,” Zohaib said.
