The Greek islands are among the top destinations for 2024, according to new travel trend research released by Aer Lingus, Ireland’s flag carrier.

The airline’s research found that resolutions for the New Year have shown that travelling and exploring new destinations is a key priority for 41 percent of Irish travelers surveyed.

According to the survey, the growing preference of travelers for the Greek islands aligns with Aer Lingus’ introduction of new routes for the summer of 2024 with Heraklion, Crete, among them.
