A renowned group in the Greek tourism industry, Orancon manages a growing portfolio of quality services including accommodation solutions, unique tours, tourism experience activities and special services for conferences, meetings and events (MICE). During the event, management presented the group’s 2023 results and set the goals for 2024. Orancon Group CEO Stratis Eleftheriou. “We expect 2024 to be a surprising year with several challenges in partnerships for our Group,” Orancon Group CEO Stratis Eleftheriou told his guests during his speech. Orancon’s range of services include tours and MICE services in Athens and the Greek mainland, Mykonos and Crete. “I want to believe that we will accomplish our goals and raise the level in the tourism market in Greece and beyond,” Eleftheriou said, giving wishes for good health and prosperity to the company’s executives and partners. Orancon’s event saw the attendance of representatives of Greek travel agencies, tourism enterprises and political figures including the Greek Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Security, Vassilis Spanakis; MP for the Cyclades Islands of the New Democracy party, Filippos Fortomas; and the President of the Community of Ano Mera of Mykonos, Nikos Eleftheriou. The evening included the cutting of the traditional New Year’s cake (vasilopita), awards, prize draws, music and a lavish buffet. Brands under the umbrella of Orancon Group include Big Blue Travel, an incoming Destination Management Company and BBT Air – Aviation Services, a company offering airline representation services.
