Following a successful tender process, Goldair Handling India (Nagpur) is set to commence operations at the hub and developing airport in Nagpur during the first half of 2024. “Our entry into Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Airport, Nagpur, is a significant step in the development of our international activities,” said Alexandros Fourlas, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Goldair Handling and CEO of Goldair Handling India (Nagpur). The company will offer aircraft, passenger and cargo handling services, expanding its presence in India, following its entry into Bagdogra and Udaipur airports. “As part of our development strategy, we are expanding our presence in the growing market of India and focusing on selected markets of interest, leveraging our outward orientation, technological expertise, and our personnel as a driving force,” Fourlas added. The airport in Nagpur is the 36th in Goldair’s network. Goldair Handling is a member of Goldair Group of Companies which was founded in 1955 with main activity the commercial representation (GSA) of foreign airlines in Greece.
