Company updates HRADF Announces Highest Bidder for Sani Kassandra Property in Halkidiki by GTP editing team 23 January 2024 written by GTP editing team 23 January 2024 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 32 Photo source: HRADF The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) on Monday announced Sani Development and Tourism Company SA as the highest bidder for the development of the Sani-Kassandra property in the Halkidiki peninsula. The HRADF said that the value was 8.6 million euros. The Sani-Kassandra property in Northern Greece is a plot of land with a total area of 276,492.70 square meters and an independent part of an area covering 915,099.72 square meters. It is located in Metochi Stavronikita, outside the municipal borders of the Municipality of Kassandra in Halkidiki. The tender process for the development of the property was completed in a single phase and the fee will be paid in total. The tender file will be submitted to the Hellenic Court of Audit for approval. The agreement will be signed following the court’s decision. The HRADF is a member of the GROWTHFUND – The National Fund of Greece.
