Cyprus Airways on Tuesday announced the expansion of its 2024 flight schedule with a new connecting route from Larnaca to Brussels.

According to the airline’s announcement, the new connection follows its efforts to connect with key international destinations.

The new Larnaca-Brussels route is scheduled to operate twice per week, served by the airline’s new aircraft A220-300.

“The introduction of the flight to Brussels is not merely the connection between two beautiful destinations, it is a link that was missing between Cyprus, a state member of European Union with the EU Capital,” Cyprus Airways Executive Chairman and CEO Tasos Michael said.

Earlier this year, as part of its reposition strategy in international markets, Cyprus Airways announced plans to add new Greek destinations to its program. Moreover, the airline’s summer schedule includes routes to Beirut, Tel Aviv, Nice, Yerevan, Dubai, Milan, Paris, Rome, Zurich, and Prague. Barcelona and Geneva are expected to be added as new destinations as well.
