Held since 1978, the Belgrade tourism fair Sajam Turizma is the largest tourism event in Serbia and promotes the establishment and networking of participant relations with the exhibitors. The 2024 fair will take place during February 22 to 25 on the Belgrade Fair Grounds. The Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) will represent Greece at the fair following a partnership agreement signed for 2024 with the expo’s organizer Belgrade Fair. During the fair, visitors will have the opportunity to visit GNTO’s pavilion and learn more about the country’s regions and cities, and see offers for numerous vacation possibilities from travel agencies. According to the organizer, Belgrade’s 45th tourism fair will aim to promote Greece as an exciting place to visit throughout 2024, as the season lasts longer and visitors have a variety of activities to choose from, including historical and cultural tours; thematic tours; religious tourism; gastronomic tourism; diving; and cruising. Under the slogan “Adventure Begins Here!”, the International Tourism Fair in Belgrade will become a meeting point of world cultures where new destinations, travel offers, domestic and foreign tourism regions, and attractions will be promoted. The 19th International Fair of Hotel and Catering Equipment HORECA will be held parallel to the tourism fair in Hall 2.
