The airline had temporary suspended its Larnaca-Tel Aviv route in October 2023. After thoroughly reviewing the safety and security of the service, the airline decided to resume the Larnaca-Tel Aviv route from March 2. Cyprus Airways will operate three scheduled flights per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. “We are resuming our flights to Tel Aviv, further strengthening the bond between Cyprus and Israel,” said Cyprus Airways CEO Tasos Michael. “This decision reflects our unwavering commitment to providing reliable, comfortable, and convenient air travel connectivity for our customers, despite recent challenges.” According to a company announcement, Tel Aviv is a key city for Cyprus due to its rich cultural and religious heritage and economic importance. The reinstatement of flights underscores the airline’s dedication to serving passengers and facilitating seamless travel experiences to key destinations. Passengers can book their flights to Tel Aviv through the Cyprus Airways’ website or authorised travel agents.
