The H Hotels Collection | Hatzilazarou Group has acquired the historic Titania Hotel located in Athens for an undisclosed sum.

The news was announced on Tuesday and follows the group’s recent acquisition of Rhodes Bay Hotel & Spa and Elite Suites.

The acquisition of the Titania Hotel marks the addition of the eighth hotel in the group’s portfolio and its first venture outside Rhodes and in Athens.

The Titania Hotel is located on Panepistimiou Avenue, right in the heart of the historical and commercial center of Athens. The hotel has 385 rooms of all types: standard, family, superior, executive, junior suites and deluxe suites.

According to the group, the expansion in Athens reinforces its commitment to growth and also presents new opportunities for job creation and economic development in the area.
