The Top 100 are selected through careful evaluation of feedback provided by TUI hotel guests. The list of best hotels was announced ahead of the annual TUI Global Hotel Awards that take will take place at the ITB Berlin travel trade show on March 4. “Along with the whole TUI team, I am looking forward to celebrating excellence at the award ceremony in Berlin next week,” said David Schelp, CEO of Markets & Airlines at TUI Group. The TUI Global Hotel Awards is an annual award ceremony where TUI, on behalf of its more than 19 million guests worldwide, recognize and celebrate the hotels in its portfolio which have delivered outstanding service and quality during the past year. All hotels on TUI’s Top 100 list are eligible for a category award at the TUI Global Hotel Awards 2024. According to Schelp, for a hotel to be among the best worldwide is “an exceptional achievement”, considering TUI offers more than 13,000 hotels from Lapland to South Africa and from the Caribbean to Hawaii. “Our guests are at the heart of everything we do. We value their feedback and also the effort put in by our hotel partners worldwide,” said TUI Group Product & Purchasing Director Helen Caron.
