For 19 years running, the HolidayCheck Award honors the most popular hotels worldwide based on real reviews by Germans. The 2024 award was based on more than 752,000 reviews that were published between December 1, 2022 and November 30, 2023. According to the resort’s management, the distinction reflects the “highest satisfaction” of Neptune Luxury Resort’s guests and “confirms it’s position as a preferred destination” for travelers from German-speaking countries. Travelife Gold Certification until 2025 The renewal of the Travelife Gold certification until the end of the 2025 summer season highlights Neptune Luxury Resort as a model of sustainable management. Travelife is a global accommodation sustainability certification body, which reviews its candidates with criteria based on emissions, biodiversity, human rights, fair labor, child safeguarding and animal welfare. Achieving this certification since 2015 and maintaining it through inspections, the resort is recognized for its consistent commitment to sustainable development. Based on 163 evaluation criteria, including minimizing energy and water consumption, efficient waste management, and compliance with social standards, it reaffirms its dedication to sustainable development. The certification acknowledges the resort’s efforts towards responsible management and contributes to a more sustainable world.
