Four Greek hotels were among the winners at the annual TUI Global Hotel Awards ceremony that took place in Berlin on Monday, March 4, on the eve of the ITB Berlin 2024 tourism exhibition. “The TUI Global Hotel Awards are our way of expressing gratitude for our valued hotel partners and their commitment to delivering outstanding experiences for our customers,” said TUI Group CEO Sebastian Ebel. Within 12 categories, selected from a pool of over 13,000 hotels across 180 destinations, 16 hotels were recognized as being “the best of the best”, according to reviews from TUI’s more than 19 million guests in 2023, honoring the hotels for their exceptional service and quality. “The hotels we offer play a crucial role in creating memorable holidays for our customers. TUI guests from all markets provided exceptional reviews, proving this hotel and its staff service are outstanding. “These award-winning hotels like the Lindos Blu Luxury Hotel & Suites continue to shape unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests,” said David Schelp, CEO of Markets & Airlines at TUI Group. On the cosmopolitan island of Rhodes, Lindos Blu Luxury Hotel & Suites is an adults-only resort built like a hillside amphitheatre overlooking Vlicha Bay and promises guests complete pampering and relaxation. The Hotel Kalithea Mare Palace on Rhodes was awarded Best Hotel by TUI Poland, while the TUI Care Foundation Award was given to the Grecotel Caramel Boutique Resort and the Grecotel Creta Palace, both located on Crete.
