The retreat is located across from the imposing granite hill of Exombourgo, the Venetian capital of the island, fostering a clear connection to the island’s ancient, Venetian, and Ottoman history. Ursulines Nuns established their monastery farmhouse on the grounds of the retreat in 1862, where they cultivated the land that supplied fresh fruit and vegetables for the Ursuline Nuns Girls only boarding school.

The Sky House Villa, located on Kardiani, is a luxurious villa of four bedrooms with two supporting guest houses that may easily accommodate up to 12 guests. It rests on the terraced slopes of the Pateles mountains along the western coast of the island of Tinos and offers 360 views towards the unlimited Aegean Sea, the stunning sunsets, and the neighboring islands of Syros, Kythnos, and Gyaros.
