According to an announcement, the resort will be open to non-residents (subject to availability) with special prices exclusively for the Greek public. Twelve years after its first operation, the popular summer resort has returned more refreshed than ever, welcoming guests seeking absolute privacy and tranquility. Located at Agios Panteleimonas, the resort offers luxury accommodation in a 1,000-acre plot that includes vast olive groves and panoramic sea views. Amanzoe is named after the Sanskrit word “aman” (meaning “peace”) and the Greek word “life.” Luxurious villas and pavilions Designed by the architect Ed Tuttle, Amanzoe features 38 uniquely designed pavilions, 4 beach pavilions, and 12 one- to nine-bedroom villas with personal chefs, private terraces, and swimming pools, arranged to ensure privacy and uninterrupted views of the landscape. The villas and pavilions remind of small ancient Greek temples decorated with marble, wood, and stone, combining classical Greek architecture with modern minimalism and state-of-the art amenities. The masterpiece among the resort’s villas is the famous Villa 20, inspired by the Acropolis of Athens. Created in harmony with its surroundings, the “modern Acropolis of the Peloponnese” has nine bedrooms and six private pools, a 650-square-meter spa, and space to host up to 18 people. New beach club restaurant Nura This season, Amanzoe welcomes Aman’s new beach club restaurant, Nura, inviting for the first time non-residents who wish to discover the exclusive culinary treasures of the resort. Launched for the first time in Amanpuri, Thailand’s Aman flagship, Nura is expected to elevate the beach club with delectable seafood and freshly cooked grills. Furthermore, every Tuesday the famous OPA BBQ will serve traditional Greek dishes from all over Greece offering plenty of fun, with live music and dancing. In addition, the new executive chef Konstantinos Mouzis further enhances the resort’s culinary options, presenting traditional Greek recipes he learned from his grandmother, along with a rich variety of other cuisines. Guests will also enjoy their family dinner breakfast made with pure ingredients from the resort’s garden. The breakfast includes homemade dishes cooked in the outdoor wood-fired oven, fresh fruit and delicious seasonal jams. A wellness journey In an ideal setting of tranquility, Amanzoe’s spa facilities offer a 1,400 sq.m watsu pool, a state-of-the-art gym and hammam or sauna cabins. For those seeking an escape from everyday life, Aman Spa offers the ultimate holistic wellness experience, both to hotel residents and external guests. Moreover, the Aman Spa Signature Menu provides Amanzoe residents morning yoga, and sessions of mindfulness, breathing and meditation. Established in 1988, Aman Group created a portfolio of private resorts with the warm hospitality of a private home. The past few years, the Aman Group has expanded into the creation of skincare collections, perfumes and resort wear.
