The project is planned to transform an urban site of the southern suburbs into a refined residential community, just 16km south of Athens city center, nestled at the southwest foot of the Hymettus mountain and conveniently connected to the city’s airport. According to an announcement by the two real estate investment companies, Apollo Hills will offer a “unique blend of urban convenience and natural beauty”, setting a “new standard for quality living in Athens”. “At Apollo Hills our ambition is to create a residential community which sets a new benchmark for luxury and sustainability in Athens,” said Henderson Park CEO Nick Weber.
