Photo source: Golden Star Ferries Golden Star Ferries, a Greek passenger shipping company, will connect the port of Rafina with the island of Paros for the upcoming summer season, starting on June 10. Itineraries will operate daily on the Andros Queen ferry and run until August 15. According to a company announcement, the Andros Queen will operate afternoon routes on the Rafina-Andros–Tinos–Mykonos-Paros line. “The extended route will help improve the quality of transportation and supply between the islands,” the company’s management said. Furthermore, the route is expected to benefit travelers, offering them a significant upgrade in service and also a great alternative travel option. Andros Queen offers a high-quality hospitality experience to passengers with comfortable and economy-class lounges, numbered seats, distinguished-class lounges, and over 100 beds, as well as a large garage with a capacity of over 360 vehicles. Further enhancing passenger options, Golden Star’s high-speed vessel, Superferry, will continue to operate daily routes from Rafina at 7:50 am to Andros-Tinos-Mykonos. Meanwhile, the high-speed vessel, Superexpress, will run the daily route from Rafina at 7:20 a.m. to Tinos-Mykonos-Paros-Ios–Santorini.
