Greek travel agency PameKrouaziera.gr recently introduced CruisePlan, a new sales platform for cruises created exclusively for travel agencies, to Greek tourism professionals at an event in Piraeus.

Established in 2011, PameKrouiaziera.gr started by operating student cruises, and with the help of technology, it managed to grow, forming a portfolio of partnerships with leading cruise lines worldwide.

“Our youthful enthusiasm combined with experience led us to create CruisePlan, a new technology platform,” PameKrouaziera.gr CEO George Boletis said.

During the presentation, CruisePlan Sales Manager George Paliouras said the new platform enables travel agencies to have an application with their own brand identity and tools that make selling cruises quick and easy.

“Our goal is to improve the searching and booking experience of cruises and boost customer confidence in travel agencies by providing ready-made content, availability, and prices in real time,” he said.

The new platform was unveiled on April 18 during a presentation of the 2024–2025 itineraries of MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest cruise brand.

According to MSC Cruises Development Manager Chrysafenia Belesakou, two ships of the cruise line are homeporting from Piraeus in 2024. The MSC Sinfonia departs every Thursday from April to November and sails to Split, Venice, Brindisi, and Mykonos, while the MSC Opera departs every Tuesday from Piraeus and sails to Katakolon, Kefalonia, Corfu, Bari, and Santorini from May to September.

In addition, the MSC Cruises has announced winter calls to Greek ports with the MSC Sinfonia, expanding operation in Greece to year-round. Travelers will have the opportunity to embark from Piraeus all year round with an itinerary connecting two continents and three countries. Departing every Monday from Piraeus, the ship will travel to Istanbul, Izmir, Corfu, and Bari from November 2024 to May 2025.

In total, MSC Cruises will have six different ships calling to Greek shores this season.

PameKrouaziera.gr is among the preferred sales agents of MSC Cruises in Greece.
