According to announcements so far, on Wednesday: – OASA buses and ILPAP trolley-buses will operate only between 9am – 9pm – Athens’ metro lines 2 and 3 will operate only between 9:30am – 4:30pm – the electric railway ISAP (line 1) will operate only between 9:30am – 4:30pm – the tram will operate only between 9am – 9pm With regard to the national railway and the suburban (proastiakos) train routes are expected to be affected. Managing company Hellenic Trains has announced changes on its website. Ferries to remain docked The Pan-Hellenic Seamen’s Federation (PNO) announced that it will hold a 24-hour strike in all ship categories. Travelers that have booked ferry tickets are advised to check with their travel agents or contact local port authorities for further information. The strikes has been called by the Greek General Confederation of Labor (GSEE) and the Civil Servants’ Confederation (ADEDY). Striking workers and supporters are scheduled to protest at Klafthmonos Square in Athens from 11am.
