Neptune Luxury Resort recently unveiled its culinary collaboration with Chef Salvatore Andolina, renowned chef and owner of Athens’ Italian restaurants Sale Bianco and Enoteca Da Salvatore.

As part of this partnership, Chef Andolina will revamp the menu at Osteria, the resort’s premier dining venue, enhancing guests’ culinary experiences.

With an esteemed career featuring positions at Michelin-starred establishments like La Pergola in Rome and Dolce Gabbana in Milan, Chef Salvatore brings a wealth of passion and expertise in Italian cuisine to Osteria. Dedicated to infusing innovation into the dining experience, he is expected to unveil a series of inventive dishes that harmonize traditional Italian flavors with contemporary culinary techniques.

Menu development and culinary training

Chef Andolina’s collaboration with Neptune Luxury Resort will center on two main objectives: curating an innovative new menu for Osteria and facilitating a series of comprehensive training workshops for the restaurant’s staff.

His participation aims to enhance Osteria’s culinary excellence and enrich its dining experience.
