As part of this partnership, Chef Andolina will revamp the menu at Osteria, the resort’s premier dining venue, enhancing guests’ culinary experiences. With an esteemed career featuring positions at Michelin-starred establishments like La Pergola in Rome and Dolce Gabbana in Milan, Chef Salvatore brings a wealth of passion and expertise in Italian cuisine to Osteria.
