Renowned Greek chefs will attend the “Greek Chefs Abroad Volume IV” culinary event hosted by the hotels of the Mar-Bella Collection to promote the spirit of Greek gastronomy. In its fourth edition, Mar-Bella unites Greek chefs from abroad under the theme “The Culture of Sharing” to celebrate the significance of sharing in Greek culinary tradition, as well as to showcase innovative gastronomic techniques and Greek hospitality. The initiative will feature chefs Konstantinos Filippou, Dimitris Moudios, George Athanasopoulos, and Nicholas Poulmentis, who will be challenged to create a fine dining journey based on the principles of Greek recipes and the experiences they foster around a table with friends and family. “The four chefs will create a unique gastronomy experience at Mar-Bella Collection hotels, inspired by their Greek roots and international experience, preparing special menus that embrace the true essence of the Greek table,” noted the hotel’s management. The inauguration event will take place at the Mar-Bella’s Nido on Corfu on June 22, with guest chef George Athanasopoulos collaborating with the hotel’s head chef, Marina Katsoula, to create a unique menu. Additionally, Nido will host a dinner crafted by Michelin-awarded chef Konstantin Filippou on July 13. The next stop is Mar-Bella’s Elix in Parga on August 3, where chef Dimitris Moudios, coming from Bangkok, will create an innovative menu blending traditional gastronomy with contemporary techniques. The event will conclude on September 6 in Parga with a dinner by Greek-American chef Nicholas Poulmentis and the hotel’s chef, Dimitris Kakalidis. Nido, Mar-bella Collection, Corfu.
