TUI is responsible for FTI customers in Greece, the Balearics, Mexico, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic while Dertour is covering travelers in Turkey, Egypt, Thailand, Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, Panama, and the Canary Islands. “Our entire senior leadership team is currently exploring avenues to assist our hotel partners and those travelers who had a summer holiday planned with FTI,” TUI Group CEO Sebastian Ebel said in an announcement. FTI customers who have no representative will be informed of changes via text message and provided with new contact info. TUI CEO Sebastian Ebel.
