Photo source: Poseidonion Grand Hotel The Poseidonion Grand Hotel on Spetses inaugurated its new summer season with the “All You Need is Greece” art exhibition by the renowned Greek visual and conceptual artists Caroline Rovithi. The exhibition, which has been hosted in major cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Monaco introduces visitors and guests of the hotel to unique paintings inspired by Greece. The “All You Need is Greece” art exhibition, which gives visitors the opportunity to purchase chosen pieces, will be open until June 30. “For another summer, the Poseidonion Grand Hotel, in collaboration with Artion Galleries, will showcase works by esteemed Greek and international artists, highlighting its dedication to art,” the hotel’s management said in an announcement. “All You Need is Greece” exhibition Though her artworks, artist Caroline Rovithi manages to capture the essence of Greece in a unique way. Drawing inspiration from the country’s ancient history and its modern vibe, she composes a unique vision that combines the heroic past with vibrant colors and contemporary illustration. Visitors and guests of Poseidonion will have the opportunity to experience Rovithi’s artistic philosophy, which presents Greece through a vivid, luminous lens, combining elements of its past and present. According to Rovithi, the exhibition is an inspirational project promoting Hellenism and a love for Greece worldwide,under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO). Motivated by her homeland, Rovithi explores unique ways to express herself and communicate with art lovers. The Greek-German artist began her artistic journey in 2002 as a creative director at advertising and publishing companies, a career that significantly influenced her artistic expression. She creates original pieces of art using a variety of mediums, including two-dimensional works (illustrations, painting, collage) and three-dimensional works (sculpture, installation). Additionally, Rovithi publishes conceptual art books and designs high-quality gift items adorned with her art prints, while also working on commissions for private individuals, government entities, and businesses. “I consider my art to be unpredictable, restless, and emotional,” Rovithi describes.
