GMT Greece (Global Marine Travel Greece), a leading travel management company to the marine industry, had a dynamic presence at this year’s Posidonia shipping exhibition in Athens and showcased its ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality and efficient services.

Held from June 3-7 at the Athens Metropolitan Expo Center, the Posidonia 2024 international shipping exhibition welcomed over 40,000 visitors and industry professionals.

GMT strategically positioned its stand in Hall 1, attracting over 500 existing and potential customers and partners daily.

According to GMT, a standout feature of the exhibition was the basketball giveaways, which proved immensely popular among attendees, enhancing the overall stand experience.

To add to the engaging atmosphere, GMT hosted a daily cocktail reception with finger food from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The booth became a focal point for many participants, providing a lively setting for networking and discussions.

“The overwhelming success of the 2024 Posidonia exhibition has inspired GMT to aim for an even larger presence in 2026,” highlighted the company’s management.

According to GMT, plans are already underway to expand the stand to better accommodate the increasing popularity and active participation expected at future Posidonia events.

“We extend our heartfelt thanks to all customers, partners, and colleagues who made this event a resounding success,” the company’s management said.

GMT will participate in Posidonia 2026 that will run June 1-5.
