Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Oikos Property Developments have signed a cooperation agreement to bring the “Ramada Residences by Wyndham” brand to Greece. Planned to operate in the Municipality of Aristotle in Halkidiki, northern Greece, the complex will include 150 units and offer full hospitality services. The development for the operation of the complex under the name “Ramada Residences by Wyndham, Halkidiki”, is expected to be completed in May 2026. Vassilis Themelidis “We welcome our collaboration with the Oikos Property Developments Group and are confident that this partnership will establish a complex that upholds the renowned reliability of the Wyndham brand in the global tourism market,” said Vassilis Themelidis, Regional Director of Southern and Eastern Europe for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The Ramada Residences by Wyndham, will offer travelers a warm, friendly and comfortable stay that is synonymous with the brand, Ramada by Wyndham. With the signing of the new agreement, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts enhances its presence in Greece and expands its network of partners. With the new addition, Wyndham’s portfolio in Greece will count 14 hotel units in Athens, Loutraki, Vravrona, Nea Makri, Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Alexandroupoli, Corfu, Rhodes, and Crete. “Wyndham Hotels & Resorts aims for further growth in the coming years, targeting both popular and up-and-coming destinations,” Themelidis added. On his part, Oikos Property Developments Group CEO Demetris Shiouftas applauded the partnership with Wyndham. “Their proven track record, combined with our expertise in property development, guarantees the creation of exceptional hotel experience in a truly idyllic location that embodies the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle,” Shiouftas said.
