Wyndham to Open Greece’s First ‘Ramada Residences’ in Halkidiki

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Oikos Property Developments have signed a cooperation agreement to bring the “Ramada Residences by Wyndham” brand to Greece.

Planned to operate in the Municipality of Aristotle in Halkidiki, northern Greece, the complex will include 150 units and offer full hospitality services.

The development for the operation of the complex under the name “Ramada Residences by Wyndham, Halkidiki”, is expected to be completed in May 2026.

The Ramada Residences by Wyndham, will offer travelers a warm, friendly and comfortable stay that is synonymous with the brand, Ramada by Wyndham.

With the signing of the new agreement, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts enhances its presence in Greece and expands its network of partners.

With the new addition, Wyndham’s portfolio in Greece will count 14 hotel units in Athens, Loutraki, Vravrona, Nea Makri, Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Alexandroupoli, Corfu, Rhodes, and Crete.
