Stavros’ appointment as General Manager at Athenaeum InterContinental Athens marks his return to Greece after more than a decade, during which he held various managerial roles. With extensive experience in the Food & Beverage sector, he most recently served as General Manager at The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush in London, Park Hyatt Siem Reap in Cambodia, and Park Hyatt in the Maldives.
