The Radisson Blu Park Hotel in Athens invites its guests and the city’s visitors to enjoy a unique summer experience, combining art and exquisite culinary delights.

The experience begins on the tenth floor at the 10 Urban Roof restaurant bar, which promises a special gastronomy journey with its à la carte menu inspired by Mediterranean flavors. Complementing the culinary experience, an art exhibition by renowned artist Alexis Kyritsopoulos further enhances the cultural ambiance of the hotel.

“The Radisson Blu Park in the heart of Athens, situated between the refreshed Pedion tou Areos Park and Lycabettus Hill, has transformed this year into the city’s ultimate summer destination,” the hotel’s management said.

The 10 Urban Roof experience

Overlooking the Acropolis, the 10 Urban Roof features an impressive pool and bar and gives the feeling of a tropical garden near the city center.

Guests can enjoy a swim in the pool surrounded by tropical plants while tasting unique cocktails curated by cocktail guru Dimitris Papaioannou. Additionally, the all-day menu offers a delightful fusion of Mediterranean and Asian flavors, blending locally sourced ingredients with Asian influences.

Standout dishes include rib eye with wild mushrooms, Jerusalem artichoke puree, and Porto sauce.

A meeting place for art lovers

The summer experience at the Radisson Blu Park can continue with a visit to the temporary art exhibition hosted in the hotel lobby.

As part of its  annual “Contemporary Greek Art” tribute, Radisson Blu Park will host 30 paintings from the private collection of renowned Greek artist Alexis Kyritsopoulos from July 12 until the end of August.

Named “Xenios”, the exhibition will display vivid artworks made of acrylics, tempera, pencils, and also materials such as paper, cardboard, oil pastels, and collage. Kyritsopoulos’ works feature bright colors and are sure to create a vibrant atmosphere in the hotel’s lobby.

Supervised by art historian Eleni Athanasiou, the exhibition will be open to the public at no charge.

In its 12th edition, the ‘Contemporary Greek Art’ show by Radisson Blu Park honors Greek artistic expression through temporary exhibitions aiming to connect tourism with culture through the works of esteemed Greek artists.
