Under the motto “Summer in Greece”, guests at Zurich Airport can enjoy a drink while relaxing on the inviting lounge furniture of the Edelweiss’ summer bar until August 11. Every day from 10am to 6pm, a DJ is on-site to support the holiday ambience with soft house music, while an inspiring video about Edelweiss’ Greek destinations adds to the holiday ambience. In addition, every week guests can win a flight for two to an Edelweiss Greece destination of their choice. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available. The menu includes a selection of snacks, ranging from sushi and momos to Caesar salads. The Edelweiss pop-up summer bar is located at the Airside Center just after Duty Free Shopping. Edelweiss flies from Zurich to 12 holiday destinations in Greece: Chania and Heraklion in Crete, Kalamata, Corfu, Kos, Mykonos, Preveza/Lefkada, Rhodes, Samos, Santorini, Skiathos and Zakynthos. The airline recently expanded its schedule by adding two direct flights from Zurich to Skiathos in the Sporades after making a strategic agreement with the island’s municipality.
