This marks the chain’s second hotel in Athens following the opening of Skylark earlier this year. Located along Athens’ vibrant “Spice Road” near the popular Psyrri neighborhood, renowned for its authentic atmosphere, unique art shops, antique stores, bars, and boutique hotels, the 4-star Anise Hotel is scheduled to open in August. Each room is elegantly decorated and equipped with amenities such as high-speed internet, a safe, minibar, flat-screen HD TV, espresso machine, and luxury toiletries. Guests will enjoy a bed and breakfast accommodation arrangement. The rooftop complex features a pool and bar with stunning views overlooking the Psyrri neighborhood, offering cocktails and a lunch menu. Influenced by the flavors and aromas of Psyrri and its spices, the restaurant offers a menu that reflects the vibrant local culture. Additionally, guests can utilize the hotel’s gym, which features a variety of exercise equipment. “At ALUMA, Israeli tourists, particularly loyal guests of Isrotel, return to us time and again for our culture of hospitality and high service standards, finding a home away from home backed by global standards of excellence,” said ALUMA’s CEO Lior Raviv at a launch event held a few months ago. ALUMA has invested approximately 70 million euros in its hotel projects in Greece. Raviv also announced plans to open another hotel in Thessaloniki. To celebrate the hotel’s grand opening on August 1, Aluma is offering special promotional rates available through September 9. The exclusive brand, through the ANISE marvel, will bring a needed touch of glamour to this “spicy” and vibrant area of Athens. I wish ALUMA a successful grand opening on August 1st.
