The partnership is part of Aria Hotels’ initiative to promote sustainability and environmental protection while improving the overall guest experience at the hotel. “We are proud to provide this opportunity to visitors and the local community, as it helps reduce pollution and enhance the quality of life on the island,” said Mary Samartzi, Technical Manager and Sustainability Consultant of Aria Hotels. With the ability to provide 100 km of range in just one hour, the charger is ideal for the short distances on Kimolos, ensuring users can travel for over a week on a single quick charge. In addition to being environmentally friendly, electric vehicles are expected to boost the appeal of Kimolos. Aria Hotels’ philosophy focuses on showcasing the Greek culture, architecture, and history of each location where its properties are situated. The installation of the charging station aligns with this commitment that includes the reduction of car noise, preserving the tranquility that residents and visitors cherish on the island.
