The tender involves offering services and the rights to manage, use, and operate the shelter, which is situated within the premises of Corfu’s central port. The concession contract will be valid for 25 years, and the tender process will be conducted in a single phase, with December 20, 2024, as the deadline for submitting bids. HRADF is the sole owner of Corfu Port Authority S.A., which holds exclusive rights to use and manage all facilities at Corfu’s main port until 2070. The yacht shelter facility will encompass 7,800 square meters of land and 35,000 square meters of sea zone. The necessary infrastructure for the full development of the Spilia shelter is currently under construction and is expected to be completed within the next few months. Once finished, the shelter will feature 80 docking spaces for yachts and sailboats up to 25 meters in length. The land area will also include road networks, walkways, sidewalks, and parking spaces.
