Greek company Hellenic Seaplanes announced that it has partnered with Denmark’s Nordic Seaplanes to exchange expertise, explore synergies, and provide specialized pilot training.

Nordic Seaplanes, a Danish airline, operates daily connections between Denmark’s two major cities, Aarhus and Copenhagen, via seaplane.

The CEOs of both companies recently met in Denmark to discuss their collaboration on various issues and to advance the interests of the seaplane sector.

According to Hellenic Seaplanes CEO Nikolaos Charalambous, the alliance represents a significant milestone for the seaplane transport market in Europe.

“Partnering with Nordic Seaplanes allows us to tackle legal challenges together and to innovate in seaplane travel, making it more efficient, sustainable, and recognizable,” Charalambous said.
