The Ilis Congress Center, a state-of-the-art conference center in Western Peloponnese, will host the 42nd Panhellenic Dental Congress, one of the largest scientific and professional conferences held every year Greece.

Set for October 17-19, the congress will be held in Ilia for the first time in its history. It also marks the first large-scale event hosted by the Ilis Congress Center, just a few months after its inauguration.

Managed by the Greek hotel group  Aldemar Resorts, the Ilis Congress Center was completed in March 2024. It is a multifunctional venue built to international standards, offering limitless possibilities for hosting conferences, exhibitions, and events. Notably, it is the first energy self-sufficient congress center in Greece.

This year, the Dental Congress will focus on the theme “Digital and Technological Developments in Modern Dentistry”. The event is expected to attract thousands of participants, including dentists, postgraduate dental students, dental assistants, and exhibitors.

“This reflects a strong vote of confidence in the Ilis Congress Center, which has aimed from the start to enhance the region’s congress infrastructure and establish it as a key player in congress tourism,” the resort’s management emphasized.

Additionally, through the congress, the resort seeks to highlight a practical move toward decentralization, when the conditions are favorable.
