With the new connection, SKY express continues to strengthen its international network. By early December, the airline will also introduce routes to Yerevan, Tbilisi, Istanbul, Prague, Vienna, and Amsterdam, bringing the total number of international destinations served year-round to 22. “This direct route to Tirana, a European capital of strategic importance for our network due to the strong ties between Greece and Albania, provides passengers with access to our extensive network of 33 Greek destinations,” said SKY express Chief Commercial Officer Gerasimos Skaltsas. SKY express’ first flight to Tirana was welcomed with a ceremonial water salute upon its arrival at Tirana International Airport.
