The Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas, a collection of branded serviced apartments valued at over 25 million euros, is slated to welcome its first guests in December 2025. The property will occupy a prime seafront location above Marina Zeas, encompassing 4,300 square meters across two adjacent eight-story buildings. Once completed, Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas will offer 72 luxurious serviced apartments, most with unobstructed sea views, along with premium amenities such as a restaurant, gym, spa, and a multipurpose event hall. The design, led by acclaimed architect Jean-Pierre Heim in collaboration with Bletsas Architectural Studio, aims to elevate standards in residential hospitality. According to DKG Development, the project will adhere to rigorous construction standards that prioritize quality and sustainability. Commenting on the development, Vassilis Themelidis, Regional Director for Southern & Eastern Europe at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, emphasized that Wyndham’s expanding footprint in Greece reflects its confidence in the country’s tourism potential. “Our new partnership with DKG Development marks the arrival of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in the tourism market of Piraeus, one of the most upcoming destinations in Greece with huge potential for future growth,” Themelidis said. “Wyndham Hotel & Resorts is already ranked among the top international hotel brands operating in Greece and aims to further develop in the coming years, both in popular and emerging destinations.” DKG Development President and CEO Constantinos Petrides added that the market in Piraeus lacks branded serviced apartments, a gap the new project aims to fill. “This investment reflects our vision for Piraeus which is encapsulated in the triptych: new services – quality in construction – international partnerships,” Petrides said. “Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas will set new standards in luxury living in Piraeus, combining architecture with excellence in hospitality.” Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the world’s largest hotel franchising company by property count, with approximately 9,200 hotels across more than 95 countries on six continents.
