An executive with over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, and a specialist in the tourism sector, Triantafillis brings extensive experience in creating effective strategic plans to promote tourism destinations. Throughout his career, he has designed and implemented marketing strategies for Greek regions, municipalities, and tourism products, working extensively on projects that support destination promotion and development. From 2014 to 2017, he served as Marketing Manager for Marketing Greece, a collaborative venture established by the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE) and the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels (HCH), where he collaborated with both public and private sectors. Triantafillis is no newcomer to Mindhaus; he previously held the role of Account Director from 2017 to 2020. Following this, he became Marketing & PR Director at Metaxa Hospitality Group, where he led the marketing strategy for the Group’s hotels — including Creta Maris Resort, Santo Collection Resorts & Villas, and TUI Magic Life Candia Maris. In this role, he also directed the launch of the “Metaxa Hospitality Group” brand and contributed to the group’s sustainability strategy as part of the Sustainability Committee, spearheading initiatives like the “Regenerative Agriculture for the Lassithi Plateau and its People” program aimed at sustainable food practices. Returning to Mindhaus after 4.5 years, Triantafillis now steps into the position of General Manager. “Konstantinos’ return to Mindhaus is a strategic choice that will greatly strengthen our position in the field of tourism marketing,” said Teti Kanellopoulou, CEO of V+O Greece. “His industry experience, in-depth knowledge, and vision align perfectly with our company’s philosophy and ambitions, and we are delighted to welcome him back as a valued member of our team.” In recent years, Mindhaus has established itself as a leader in tourism marketing, offering specialized services in tourism product development, industry consulting, marketing strategy, branding, research, and communication. Its clientele spans international and domestic clients, including both public and private sector organizations. “I am very pleased to return to the V+O family and Mindhaus,” Triantafillis shared. “With the leadership and people of V+O Group, we are united by shared values and goals that form the basis of a meaningful partnership.” Highlighting Mindhaus’ recent successes, Triantafillis affirmed that the company will continue focusing on delivering value and achieving measurable results for its partners.
