UK leisure airline Jet2.com and tour operator Jet2holidays have announced additional flights to Mainland Spain, Majorca, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, and Italy from Leeds Bradford Airport for summer 2025. The expansion adds over 40,000 seats, bringing the total to more than 1.9 million for next summer. “The demand from customers and independent travel agents has remained strong since we put an unrivalled program on sale, so we have once again responded by putting extra flights and holidays on sale and investing in our Leeds Bradford operation,” said Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. Passengers traveling to Kefalonia can now enjoy new Wednesday flights operating from July 2 to September 24, 2025, bringing the total to four weekly services (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday) available during this period. For Zakynthos, the addition of extra Monday flights from July 7 to September 22, 2025, increases the frequency to four weekly services (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday) during this time. To support the expansion, the companies are investing in their Leeds operation by adding a 15th based aircraft for next summer, with a bigger fleet giving customers even more choice and flexibility.
