LOT Polish Airlines has announced the addition of Thessaloniki to its route network, with daily flights connecting Warsaw to Greece’s second-largest city starting June 17, 2025.

According to a company announcement, the service will offer two departure schedules from Warsaw to meet passenger demand. Flights will depart at 9:40am on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and at 2:05pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The journey time is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes.

The route will operate year-round, with a reduced frequency of four flights per week during the winter season.

Expanded connections for Indian travelers

Moreover, passengers traveling from India can take advantage of convenient connections to Thessaloniki via Warsaw. For example, flights from Delhi to Thessaloniki, with a brief layover in Warsaw, will take approximately 11 hours and 55 minutes. LOT offers flights from Delhi five times per week and from Mumbai twice per week.

“We are pursuing a sustainable growth strategy, particularly with regard to our route network… We are selecting new destinations that are of great interest for leisure and/or business purposes,” said Amit Ray, Director India, DACH Markets and Italy and Head of Global Corporate and Strategic Sales at LOT Polish Airlines.

“After resuming our flight to Athens earlier this year, we are now proud to announce the new service to Thessaloniki, a destination not be underestimated, offering our Indian passengers even more choices when they travel across Europe”.

LOT Polish Airlines continues to expand its operations across Europe, with connections to major destinations in Poland, Europe, and North America.

Goldair is the general sales agent (GSA) for LOT Polish Airlines in Greece.
