The acquisition – a total investment of 12 million euros – was made through Goldair’s subsidiary, Sunrise Properties, a company established specifically for this purpose. The hotel, which first opened in the summer of 2024, is a 5-star boutique property situated on the renowned Super Paradise Beach on Mykonos. The property features 21 suites, each with a private pool, and spans a total area of 2,200 square meters. In addition to the suites, Mykonos Flow offers a range of premium amenities, including a restaurant, a gym, and a spa. According to Goldair, there are also plans for future expansion of the hotel. Goldair’s strategy focuses on expanding its presence in Greece’s high-demand tourism destinations, with a focus on luxury accommodations designed to meet the growing demands of the market. According to Goldair Group President Regina Golemi, entering the hotel sector aligns with the company’s broader strategic objectives. The investment on Mykonos represents a key milestone for Goldair, enhancing its position in the real estate and hospitality sectors, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of Greece’s tourism industry.
