With holidays around the corner, visitors to the Christmas Village in Pedion tou Areos Park, Athens, can enjoy a series of concerts celebrating renowned Greek singers and composers.

Organized by the Attica Region, the program features six holiday concerts with famous Greek artists honoring iconic musicians whose work shaped artistic trends in Greece and defined entire eras.

Kicking off on December 13, the Christmas Village hosted a concert dedicated to the late composer Mimis Plessas. The Mimis Plessas Orchestra, joined by the composer’s close collaborators Eleni Peta, Dimitra Stathopoulou, and Spyros Kleissas, presented his diverse repertoire with passion, emotional intensity, and a touch of festive magic.
