Cruise line Celestyal has introduced a new trade portal, designed to support travel agents during the upcoming wave period, when the cruise industry experiences its highest volume of bookings.

Named “The Celestyal Compass”, the new portal features an integrated learning platform, “Celestyal Campus”. The platform offers a variety of training modules covering key topics, including an overview of the brand, onboard experiences across the company’s two-ship fleet, itinerary details, shore excursions, and strategies to boost sales. Travel agents will earn stars as they complete modules, unlocking exclusive benefits from Celestyal.

In addition to the educational resources, “The Celestyal Compass” serves as a centralized hub for agents to access marketing assets and up-to-date information on the latest offers and campaigns. Travel agents can register at CelestyalCompass.com.

“The launch of ‘The Celestyal Compass’ marks a significant milestone in both our digital strategy and trade efforts,” said Celestyal E-Commerce Director Tim Locke.

According to Locke, the new portal provides everything that “Celestyal Navigators” – the company’s travel agent partners – need to know about Celestyal’s ships, itineraries, onboard experiences, and more. The platform is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, offering agents easy access to the resources they need to succeed.

“By launching this platform in time for the wave season, we’re empowering agents with the tools they need to maximize their sales during this crucial period,” Locke added.

As part of its broader digital strategy, Celestyal has also unveiled a new consumer-facing website. The updated site enhances user navigation, offers more resources, and provides a more personalized experience, reinforcing the company’s commitment to continuously improving its digital presence and its collaboration with the trade.
