Hines, a global real estate investment, development and property manager, on Friday announced the commencement of construction for Apollo Hills, a 200-million-euro luxury residential development located in Voula, a popular suburb on the Athens Riviera.

BREEAM-certified for its sustainable design, Apollo Hills is located at the foot of Hymettus mountain, just 16 kilometers from central Athens.

“The start of construction at Apollo Hills is an exciting milestone for the Athenian Riviera,” said Paul Gomopoulos, Senior Managing Director and Head of Hines in Greece. “It combines world-class architecture with distinctly Greek living.”

Set to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026, the project includes over 11,000 sq.m. dedicated to green spaces, sports facilities, and parks, with an emphasis on community integration.

“We are proud to engage with the local community by providing open green spaces to all and to overall play a role in cementing the Athenian Riviera as a premier place to live in Europe,” Gomopoulos added.

The Apollo Hills project signifies a collaboration with Greece Sotheby’s International Realty exclusively handling the sales of residences and ELEMKA spearheading construction.

According to an announcement by Hines, 31 percent of the residences have already been reserved. Residents will have access to amenities including outdoor and indoor pools, a playground, private gardens and secure parking.

Apollo Hills will be designed by Porphyrios Associates and Diarchon Architects.
