The collaboration introduces three revamped dining venues, aligning with the destination’s commitment to high-quality, sustainable gastronomy. Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis At the heart of this initiative is “Paráfrasi by CTC”, a restaurant offering a contemporary take on Greek cuisine. According to a company announcement, traditional recipes are reimagined using locally sourced ingredients, showcasing Messinia’s rich culinary heritage. “The philosophy of CTC is rooted in our unwavering respect for quality ingredients, as we firmly believe that everything begins with the raw material,” said Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis. “My passion for gastronomy has always been expressed through a deep understanding of Greek traditions.” Beyond “Paráfrasi by CTC”, the partnership extends to two additional venues: – The “Souvlakerie”, which remains focused on delivering premium-quality souvlaki with both classic and modern interpretations. – The “Kafenio”, a modern take on the traditional Greek coffeehouse, offering coffee and meze in a refreshed setting. “At Paráfrasi by CTC, we offer our interpretation of the authentic essence of Greek cuisine, highlighting its timelessness in a modern, creative way,” said Tsiotinis while highlighting the importance of blending tradition with creativity. The partnership also reinforces Costa Navarino’s sustainability values, with all venues implementing sustainable gastronomy practices. These include locally sourced seasonal products, a nose-to-tail approach to minimize food waste, and support for small-scale producers. The new menus will debut this spring at Navarino Dunes, home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino, marking a new chapter in Costa Navarino’s evolving gastronomic landscape.
